My name is Crystal Parker, and Millennial Houseplant is my current life project. It’s really somewhat undefined as of writing this, and over the course of the past year (since late 2023) the meaning of it has changed for me, intrinsically. Now, in its current iteration, it is an online portfolio and hodgepodge of all the projects I’ve put my heart and soul into for as long as I’ve been collecting my own digital media.

My name is also Crystal Cierlak. I’m a writer with dozens of published titles (which you can purchase on Amazon) and writing remains one of my main sources of artistic expression. I began writing when I was about nine years old and published my first book, Zoe Thantatos, in September 2012. Since that day I have been publishing as often as I can, writing what I like to read and not worrying about how many people are reading it. If one person is reading what I wrote, that’s enough for me.

My name is also Lauren Bolt, a pseudo name I use when publishing works outside of my typical genre(s).
