Q: How long after I purchase an e-book can I download it?

ANSWER: Generally speaking the download link for your purchase will be good for 30 days. If you encounter an issue wherein you need to access your download after the 30 days, please email bookshop@millennialhouseplant.com.

Q: How many times can I download an ebook I have purchased?

You can download the epub file twice. If you need more than that, please contact bookshop@millennialhouseplant.com.

Q: What file format will I receive with my purchase?

ANSWER: When purchasing an e-book you will receive an .EPUB file which you can then import into your personal device. Every purchase comes with an additional “thank you” file (PDF) which includes instructions for transferring purchases to your Kindle device. (There’s also a coupon code for your next purchase!)

Q: When I make a purchase from Millennial Houseplant, where does the money go?

ANSWER: Directly into the pocket(s) of the writer/artist, which would be me, Crystal Parker. Millennial Houseplant is my publishing designation, and I publish under the names Crystal Cierlak and Lauren Bolt. I mention this briefly on the home page, and you can also read more about me here.

Q: Do you offer returns and/or exchanges?

No. Because Millennial Houseplant is offering digital products we do not offer exchanges or returns. If you have a particular issue that you feel should be exempt from this policy, email bookshop@millennialhouseplant.com.
